De 5 key learnings van de MediaMerken-studie<\/h4>\n

De MediaMerken-studie van IP bevat een schat aan informatie over de motivaties, perceptie, moment van consumptie van de belangrijkste media in Franstalig Belgi\u00eb. Magazines blijken hieruit het meest activerend medium, dat bovendien enorm gewaardeerd wordt door de consument. We zetten de belangrijkste learnings voor u op een rijtje.<\/p>\n

<\/h6>\n
1) Lezers willen ge\u00efnspireerd worden<\/h6>\n

Wanneer de 3170 respondenten van deze TNS-studie gevraagd werd naar wat ze zoeken in magazines, kwamen vooral motivaties als inspiratie en het zoeken naar goede raad en inlichtingen over producten en diensten naar voren. Praktisch nut, dat is duidelijk de onderscheidende factor van magazines.<\/p>\n

2) Magazines zijn het meest activerend medium<\/h6>\n

Waarnaar lezers zoeken, is ook wat ze ervaren. Bij de ervaringen die het lezen van magazines met zich meebracht, wordt vooral naar “opinie en activerend” verwezen. Met een selectiviteit van 140 en 193 scoren magazines beduidend beter dan andere media.<\/p>\n

Magazines zijn bovendien het meest activerend medium. Ze moedigen aan om meer informatie te zoeken, om inlichtingen in te winnen en om tot aankoop over te gaan.<\/p>\n

3) Magazines lezen doe je thuis…<\/h6>\n

Magazines zijn procentueel het meest geconsumeerde medium thuis, na televisie. Bovendien, en dat is weinig verrassend, is het vooral een individuele ervaring. Ondergedompeld worden in een magazine is echt me-time.<\/p>\n

4) … maar het kan stilaan op een mobiel device<\/h6>\n

Stilaan begint zich een evolutie naar het lezen van magazines op mobiele devices af te tekenen. Uit de studie blijkt dat 2 procent zijn magazine op tablet leest, 1% op smartphone. Vermits deze studie uit 2011 dateert, is de kans groot dat anno 2014 het aandeel van mobiel lezen nog een pak hoger ligt.<\/p>\n

5) We love magazines<\/h6>\n

Ook qua perceptie zit het bij magazines goed. Wanneer de consumenten gevraagd werd naar de tevredenheid over de verschillende media, waren magazines goed voor een 8, de hoogste score van de betalende media. Enkel radio doet even goed.<\/p>\n
