Google biedt dit al pakweg tien jaar aan. Je kan er zoeken naar foto\u2019s, maar ook foto\u2019s met elkaar vergelijken. Weinig revolutionairs\u2026<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Waarom blijft het een trend in 2018?<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Het wordt opnieuw een trend. Dat heeft alles te maken met de aankondiging van Google Lens, een app of \u2018slimme camera\u2019. Bijvoorbeeld bij kledij en mode. Wanneer je in de winkel een broek ziet, kan je ze fotograferen en kijken of je ze online goedkoper vindt\u2026<\/p>\n<p><strong>Welke toepassingen met magazine media ziet u?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Die liggen in dezelfde lijn. Wanneer je een foto in een magazine \u2018scant\u2019, zou je meteen een link naar het product kunnen krijgen. In die zin zou visual search QR-codes kunnen vervangen. Dat hele gedoe is toch veel te complex, waardoor mensen afhaken. Bij visual search is de gebruikservaring veel natuurlijker.<\/p>\n<p>Deze mogelijkheden zie ik bij magazines. Bij magazinesites heb je die troef natuurlijk niet nodig.
