Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, la plateforme photographique a eu \u00e0 c\u0153ur de se renforcer de toute une s\u00e9rie de fonctions et de possibilit\u00e9s, comme Instagram Stories, ce qui en a fait une alternative \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re \u00e0 Facebook, entre autres. Les influenceurs, notamment, ont rapidement su trouver le chemin d\u2019Instagram. Cependant, en quelle mesure ce m\u00e9dia se pr\u00eate-t-il au marketing\u00a0? Une nouvelle \u00e9tude en Allemagne a permis de comparer Instagram aux annonces print dans les magazines. La conclusion\u00a0? Instagram passe pour un m\u00e9dia (visuel) que l\u2019on per\u00e7oit avant tout de fa\u00e7on \u00e9motionnelle. Sur cette base, les chercheurs d\u2019AccessMM s\u2019attendaient en v\u00e9rit\u00e9 \u00e0 ce qu\u2019Instagram enregistre de bons scores tant sur les dimensions \u00e9motionnelles que cognitives, mais compar\u00e9 au print ils furent d\u00e9\u00e7us dans leur attente.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 que le print avait obtenu de meilleures performances aupr\u00e8s de tous les groupes d\u2019\u00e2ge, et ce, sur toutes les dimensions mesur\u00e9es. Cela valait encore plus pour la dimension de l\u2019intention d\u2019achat, sur laquelle les magazines ne manquent jamais de bien se d\u00e9fendre, quelle que soit l\u2019\u00e9tude.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Les utilisateurs des m\u00e9dias sociaux ont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un certain scepticisme envers l\u2019information sur les m\u00e9dias sociaux\u00a0\u00bb, raconte le Dr Joachim Riedl, professeur en gestion du marketing et administrateur d\u2019AccessMM. \u00ab\u00a0C\u2019est ce qui ressort tant des donn\u00e9es de recherche quantitatives que des r\u00e9ponses aux questions ouvertes. Un m\u00e9dia imprim\u00e9 s\u00e9rieux, par contre, s\u2019est forg\u00e9 une cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 au fil des ans, qui se transmet aux marques qui font de la publicit\u00e9. C\u2019est l\u00e0 que r\u00e9side la puissance du print pour les marques, dit Riedl.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Plus performant dans le mix<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Il ressort de cette \u00e9tude que ce qui fonctionne le mieux de tout, c\u2019est un mix de publicit\u00e9 classique et de marketing d\u2019influence, notamment au niveau de l\u2019intention d\u2019achat. La force des m\u00e9dias sociaux r\u00e9side dans le fait que les gens sont des \u00eatres sociaux fort r\u00e9ceptifs \u00e0 une interaction (r\u00e9elle ou virtuelle) avec autrui, dixit les chercheurs. Seulement, la surabondance de publicit\u00e9s en ligne et la m\u00e9fiance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de leur cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 ne cessent d\u2019accro\u00eetre l\u2019importance d\u2019une r\u00e9p\u00e9tition et d\u2019une confirmation coh\u00e9rentes via d\u2019autres touchpoints. C\u2019est ainsi que peuvent na\u00eetre la confiance et la foi en un message de marque.<\/p>\n<p>Les <a href=\"http:\/\/www.magazinemedia.be\/fr\/euh-les-micro-influenceurs\/\" target=\"_blank\">influenceurs<\/a> aussi tirent souvent leur inspiration et leur information des <a href=\"http:\/\/www.magazinemedia.be\/fr\/les-marques-magazines-sont-les-real-influencers-pour-les-marques-premium-et-de-luxe\/\" target=\"_blank\">magazines<\/a>. Ils sont en effet sous forte pression pour produire de nouveaux contenus \u00e0 intervalles r\u00e9guliers. Aux yeux de leurs suiveurs, ils est par ailleurs aussi souvent important de pouvoir retrouver des th\u00e8mes et des tendances par le biais d\u2019autres touchpoints. Ils sont ainsi assur\u00e9s d\u2019\u00eatre au fait, ce qui joue particuli\u00e8rement fort dans le chef de publics cibles plus jeunes.
